This Privacy Policy explains how Android VPN (referred to as 'this Service' or 'we') handles personal information through the mobile application (referred to as the 'App'). We provide the service 'as is' and take reasonable measures to protect user privacy under this policy.

When you download, launch, or use the App, we may collect data necessary to operate the service, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, connection status, and session duration. To provide more accurate global access, we may process approximate device location. This data is used to: 1. recommend suitable routes based on Android VPN node distribution; 2. identify regional connection issues through anonymized aggregate data; 3. send important service updates, security notices, or necessary messages through your reserved email or username.

We only transmit aggregated anonymous data to necessary third-party partners, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, performance monitoring, and feature improvement. Except in the following cases, we do not share personal information with third parties: 1. compliance with legal process or regulatory requirements; 2. actions necessary to protect user safety or investigate fraud; 3. cooperation with entrusted service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop data collection, remove the App through the standard uninstall process on your device.

User-provided data is retained during the active service period and a reasonable grace period afterward. If you need to cancel your account early and delete your profile, contact the privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly request data from that group, and if accidental collection is found, we will start deletion procedures as soon as practical. We use physical and electronic safeguards to protect data confidentiality.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to regulatory requirements, product changes, or business adjustments. Please review this page regularly. Continued use after changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025.
