This agreement is a legal contract between you and Android VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge and agree to this agreement. Please read it carefully before use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or its related trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will communicate material changes through appropriate channels. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. We do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting devices because it can weaken system security and affect app operation.

This Service integrates necessary third-party services, including Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. While using the Service, you are also bound by the applicable terms of those partners.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible if the service cannot be used because of device arrears, data caps, weak signal, or carrier limitations. When used outside Wi-Fi, mobile data fees may apply. Roaming charges incurred outside your country of origin are your responsibility. Before using the App, ensure you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own use. For example, inability to access the service due to a depleted device battery is not covered by compensation. Although we work to provide accurate route and service information, some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from such data. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to download and install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate App services in appropriate circumstances. After termination, the granted license becomes invalid and you must stop using and delete the App.
